About YCompassion
Building Compassionate Cultures.
Compassion brought us to this work for a reason. What if we could use it to take better care of ourselves, those around us, and the systems we’re part of?

We support individuals and organisations working in social impact and development to adopt compassion-based approaches that drive progress, enhance wellbeing and create lasting positive change.
Founded in 2024 by Signe Jung Sørensen, YCompassion offers leadership training and tailored coaching services to specialists across the international development and social impact sector. We also curate and share research with a global community of like-minded peers.

Meet the Founder

“Compassionate practices allows us to relate to difficult challenges - often those without clear answers or solutions. It invites us to confront complexity with care and curiosity rather than detachment or despair.
That’s why I started YCompassion. To help individuals and organisations ensure that compassion guides not only the outcomes we seek but also how we get there.”
